"Be Inspired" Grants, or BIGrants, are the CG PTO's way of putting funds directly into the hands of our incredible teachers and staff, so they can bring bold new ideas to life in the classroom.

What are BIGrants?
The Center Grove PTO has made PTO funds available to teachers and staff to apply for the purchase of instruction-related activities and supplies that directly benefit Center Grove students. Individual teachers, grade-level teams, and special subject teachers are all welcome to apply.
Who Can Apply?Any Center Grove staff member who is a current CG PTO Member. Teachers may apply individually, as a grade-level group, or as special subject teachers. |
When Can I Apply?Applications are accepted from August 31st to October 14th. Time-sensitive requests may be considered on a rolling basis by the PTO Executive Board. |
What's Funded?New curriculum materials, project supplies, and professional development that support building or grade-level goals. Does not cover items that should go through the standard school budget process. |
What Can BIGrant Funds Be Used For?
- New materials that enhance an existing curriculum
- Project materials that would be new to a class or grade level
- Professional development that supports building or grade-level goals (must include a letter of support from the Principal)
Note: BIGrant funds cannot be used to purchase curriculum materials that should be covered through the regular school budget process.
